After moving to Kansas, we had hard time to find a dentist we like. The Midwest Dental was recommended by a friend and we absolutely love it. Dr. Mitsch is very knowledgeable and caring. Hygienists are kind and gentle. Receptionists are all about great customer service. Everybody makes us feel as part of caring family. We highly recommend the Midwest Dental for your dental needs.

Awesome place and people. Very patient with questions and I was in and out. Never had a crown done before and they did it right there in about 1 hour. Great staff and dr Paul is really nice.

I have been attending Midwest Dental Augusta for my entire life. The staff is caring, comforting, and encouraging. I have had no problems with any cleaning or corrective action. I don't like the unkindness I have received from Louise. She has cancelled appointments without rescheduling when we have requested a reschedule. She has scheduled my family on separate days where we can only afford time to travel to the dentistry once every 6 months barring emergencies. And her tone is generally condesending. She is certainly the most uncomfortable aspect of the trip, and I have had fillings put in.

I have been a patient of Dr. Paul Mitsch for over 10 years. Intilliay, I had a huge phobia when going to the dentist. I mean I was petrified from previous bad experiences with other dentists. Dr. Mitsch and his assistant April are nothing short of a miracle. Both of them worked with me for a long time in an attempt to decrease the anxiety. Paul Mitsch and his staff go way above the call of duty. They want you to feel comfortable and they truly empathize with you regarding your hang-ups. To sum it up. Because of the time, patience and outstanding work that they’ve provided me I can now say that I’m over the phobia and I would never go anywhere else. Dr. Mitsch saved my life, gave me hopes for the future and a magnificent new smile that I can finally be proud of. The people that make up this dental office care about their patients.
